Suite unificada de 18 herramientas GIS para topografia, catastro y gestion forestal en la Amazonia peruana, desarrollada sobre expedientes reales de Madre de Dios y conforme a la normativa peruana (SERFOR, SERNANP, MIDAGRI, GOREMAD). ANALISIS: analisis de superposicion de derechos contra geoservicios oficiales (WFS / ArcGIS REST) y capas locales, con catalogo de servicios editable e informe trazable; busqueda multicapa de atributos con reportes. CATASTRO Y GEOMETRIA: generacion automatica de memorias descriptivas en Word; segmentador de parcelas con azimuts y angulos; calculadora de geometria vectorial (elipsoidal o plana) para planos legales; division de predios por area exacta, partes iguales o porcentaje; construccion de poligonos desde tablas Excel/CSV con soporte multipoligono; COGO para trazar poligonales por azimut y distancia en vivo sobre el lienzo; georreferenciacion en vivo de planos escaneados e imagenes de dron; etiquetado tecnico y exportacion de expedientes. GEODESIA: post-proceso GNSS PPK/PPP con RTKLIB, efemerides precisas automaticas, correccion de antena ANTEX, validacion antifalso-fix y procesamiento por lotes. PRODUCCION CARTOGRAFICA: generador de cajetin con expresiones dinamicas, gestor de estilos de tabla, redimensionado proporcional de composiciones, comparacion visual con cortina y navegacion a coordenadas en DD/GMS/UTM/MGRS. HONESTIDAD DE LOS RESULTADOS: una capa que no puede leerse se reporta como NO EVALUADA, nunca como libre de superposicion, y los informes declaran la cobertura real del analisis. Los archivos locales se acreditan con SHA-256; los geoservicios, como instantanea con URL, capa, hora y conteo. SIN DEPENDENCIAS OBLIGATORIAS: los componentes opcionales (python-docx, OpenCV, OCR) se instalan bajo demanda desde el propio plugin, en el perfil de QGIS y sin permisos de administrador.
