URGREECS Urban Green Equity Analytics 3-30-300 is a QGIS plugin for evaluating urban green performance, public green space access, and spatial equity using the integrated 3-30-300 framework. The plugin combines building level tree proximity analysis, block level canopy adequacy, 300 meter public green space access, population service assessment, vulnerable population exposure, and optional kelurahan or administrative aggregation. URGREECS transforms canopy height models, population rasters, vulnerable group rasters, building footprints, urban blocks, public green space layers, and administrative boundaries into interpretable green equity indicators, priority classes, maps, charts, CSV summaries, and planning recommendations.
About
URGREECS Urban Green Equity Analytics 3-30-300 provides an integrated spatial analytics framework for diagnosing the distribution, accessibility, and equity of urban greenery. The plugin operationalizes the 3-30-300 urban green concept by measuring whether buildings have sufficient nearby tree canopy, whether urban blocks reach at least 30 percent green cover, and whether residents are within 300 meters of public green space. URGREECS extends conventional green access analysis into green equity analytics by incorporating total population and optional vulnerable population groups such as babies or young children, women, and elderly residents. The plugin produces building indicators, block indicators, administrative summaries, green equity scores, priority classes, CSV outputs, and modern PNG insights including dashboards, charts, and map based visualizations. URGREECS is designed for urban green infrastructure planning, spatial justice assessment, environmental justice analysis, urban health diagnostics, RTH planning, climate responsive urban planning, kelurahan level prioritization, and evidence based policy support.
