Right-click a layer group and uncheck every layer inside it that has no data.
About
Adds a "Uncheck Empty Layers" action to the right-click menu of layer tree groups in the Layers panel. Running it checks the vector layers that are direct children of that group and unchecks (hides) any valid vector layer with zero features. Nested subgroups, non-vector layers, and invalid/broken layers are left untouched.
