Import SOSI and convert to GeoPackage, with support for missing/unknown KOORDSYS and Raster-SOSI (.RASTER) imagery.

About

Select a SOSI file and save it as a GeoPackage. For missing or unknown KOORDSYS/BILDE-SYS you can manually choose the correct input CRS and optionally transform to another CRS (vector imports). Raster-SOSI (.RASTER-only) files are imported by generating georeferencing and loading the image via a GDAL VRT for reliable placement in QGIS. Spatial indexes are not built during import for better performance. Compatible with Qt6 (tested with QGIS 3.44.x).
