Snaps together all nodes located inside an adjustable circle centred on a snapping point.
About
Advanced digitizing tool. Click on a snapped point to set the centre, stretch the radius with the mouse, then click again: all nodes of the editable layers located inside the circle are moved onto the centre point. Press Esc or right-click to cancel. Each modified layer can be undone in a single step (Ctrl+Z).
