About
A lightweight QGIS vector utility for bidirectional conversion between ESRI Shapefile geometries and structured TXT coordinates. Supports Point, LineString and Polygon geometries, polygon outer/inner rings, multipart features, common CGCS2000 CRS presets, custom EPSG codes and optional reprojection. Uses QGIS bundled GDAL/OGR and requires no additional Python packages.
