Il permet de géolocaliser les défauts et branchements observés lors des inspections télévisées (ITV) à partir de fichiers TXT conformes à la norme française NF EN 13508-2+A1. Fonctionnalités principales : • Géolocalisation des défauts, branchements et emprise d'inspection • Correspondance entre identifiants ITV et données SIG • Calcul de l'orientation des branchements • Détection des incohérences de longueur • Mode autonome QGIS (sans base de données) • Mode PostgreSQL/PostGIS pour les architectures historiques Ce projet a été réalisé dans le cadre du programme GÉOPAL, financé par la Région Pays de la Loire. Main features: • Geolocation of defects, lateral connections and inspection extent • ITV-to-GIS identifier matching • Lateral connection orientation computation • Detection of pipe length inconsistencies • Standalone QGIS mode (no database required) • PostgreSQL/PostGIS legacy mode This project was developed as part of the GÉOPAL programme funded by the Pays de la Loire Region (France).
