Baixa automaticamente as grades NTv2 de transformação do IBGE e as injeta no data dir do pyproj. Suporta transformação ponto a ponto (interface) e em lote (CSV). Modos geográfico e UTM. Equivalente funcional ao ProGrid do IBGE, rodando offline dentro do QGIS.
