About
Pandvinder zooms to a BAG pand (building) from its 16-digit identificatienummer, using the Kadaster BAG viewer API (keyless). Type a pand id in the search dialog (toolbar button) or the QGIS locator bar with prefix 'pand' and the map pans to the pand, flashes its polygon outline and lists the pand's addresses. Uses https://api.bag.kadaster.nl/lvbag/viewerbevragingen/v2/ (public, no API key).
