法務局備付地図データ（任意座標系）の読み込みと平面直角座標系への変換を行います。This program reads map data (arbitrary coordinate system) from Japanese legal affairs bureaus and converts it to a plane rectangular coordinate system.

法務局備付地図データ（ZIP圧縮XMLファイル、任意座標系）を直接読み込み、GCPによるヘルマート/アフィン変換で平面直角座標系へ簡易変換し、QGISプロジェクトにポリゴンレイヤとして追加するプラグインです。尚、本プラグインの利用により生じた損失及び損害等について、著作権者は一切責任を負わないものとします。This plugin directly reads map data (ZIP compressed XML file, arbitrary coordinate system) from the Legal Affairs Bureau, performs a simplified conversion to a plane rectangular coordinate system using GCP's Helmert/affine transformation, and adds it to a QGIS project as a polygon layer.
