About
Lê arquivo DXF (linhas e arcos), extrai os vértices e pontos de tangência de arcos, reprojetar para SIRGAS 2000 e exporta camada de pontos com coordenadas milimétricas — prontos para locação em campo com estação total ou GNSS. Usa o driver DXF nativo do QGIS; se falhar, recorre à biblioteca ezdxf (pip install ezdxf) para leitura precisa de arcos.
