About
Historical Image Georeferencer provides interactive georeferencing of historical aerial and satellite imagery using ground control points. It includes a live overlay preview with adjustable opacity, reusable GCP CSV files, transparent GeoTIFF export, and direct upload of file rasters to PostGIS Raster through an existing QGIS PostgreSQL connection. No local PostgreSQL client, psql, raster2pgsql, or server-side GDAL drivers are required. PostGIS Raster 2.5 or newer is required on the database server, together with USAGE and CREATE privileges on the target schema.
