Not yet — the latest version declares max QGIS version 3.99.0, so it is not offered to QGIS 4 users.
An easy way to process sensor bands: Landsat 5 (B3, B4, B5), Landsat 8 (B4, B5, B6, B8), CBERS-4A (B5, B4, B3) and Sentinel-2 (B11, B8, B4) with pansharpening. Select the sensor, add the file with the respective bands, choose the desired output coordinate system, as well as the folder where the file will be saved, press the process button and you're done.
