About
GEDIMetrics downloads GEDI LiDAR data from NASA EarthData, subsets it to a user-defined area of interest, merges multiple products (L2A canopy height, L2B vertical structure, L4A aboveground biomass density, L4C waveform structural complexity index) by shot_number, and exports the result as GeoPackage or GeoParquet with user-selected variables and quality filters. Version 3 (V003) supported for L2A, L2B and L4A; L4C uses V002 until usable V003 granules are available. Compatible with QGIS 3.4 and 4.0.
