Not yet — the latest version declares max QGIS version 3.99.0, so it is not offered to QGIS 4 users.
Sets the Z value of each new/edited feature to a specific value, based on a DEM layer plus an offset.
About
This plugin's aim is to help to set, more accurately, the 3D coordinate of vector features. It does it by searching the Z value of a preloaded raster DEM, with the chance of fine tunning that value by setting an offset. If no DEM is provided, it will only consider the offset value.
