About
Generates a GML file compliant with the reference-geometry import schema of eWniosekPlus (geometrie_referencyjne_schema.xsd, namespace .../lpis/geometrie/referencyjne). Keeps the required structure (GeometriaReferencyjna: geometria, identyfikator, etykieta, optional dlugosc/powierzchnia, fid attribute), EPSG:2180 with the correct axis order (easting, northing), handles polygon holes, multipart, reprojection, and validation (rule-based offline and optionally against the bundled XSD). Bilingual UI (English/Polish), auto-selected by the QGIS locale. Made for Polish agri-environmental (ARiMR / PS WPR) work by ARENARIA.
