Turns QGIS into a live maritime traffic console: connects to an AIS receiver over USB/serial, a raw TCP stream or an internet feed, decodes !AIVDM/!AIVDO and plots vessels live. Guard-zone alarms, route monitoring, coverage mapping, vessel info and a history recorder; routes are drawn with the native QGIS tools and Europe's waterways come from a built-in WFS.
