Extract medial axis centerline from polygon layers (roads, rivers, canals, drainage networks)

About

MJ Centerline is a QGIS plugin for extracting centerlines from polygon features using medial axis approach. Users can select polygon layers such as roads, rivers, canals, drainage channels and other linear features. The plugin generates separate centerline features for each polygon branch while maintaining original geometry information. Suitable for road network analysis, river mapping, irrigation channels, drainage studies, GIS surveys, and infrastructure projects. Developed by MJNETWORK.
