QGIS 4 ready Active

Yes — GCN-HSI supports QGIS 4 (declared max version 4.99.0).

Semi-automated Great Crested Newt Habitat Suitability Index (HSI) calculator based on Oldham et al. (2000).

About

Calculates the Great Crested Newt (GCN) Habitat Suitability Index for up to 10 candidate ponds per run. v1.2 adds Sentinel-2 auto-calculation of pond permanence (SI3) and historical waterfowl data lookup (SI7) for Remote Assessments. Automates SI1-SI7 scoring using national spatial datasets and habitat data, supports remote and full HSI assessments, per-pond overrides, and road barrier detection to exclude habitats and ponds on the far side of road features from scoring. Output is a polygon layer with per-pond HSI scores and traffic-light symbology.
