About

CropSense automates vegetation index calculation from UAV/drone multispectral imagery. Select a folder containing band sub-folders (blue, green, red, red edge, nir) or a stacked multi-band GeoTIFF. Calculates NDRE, GNDVI, NDVI, MCARI, EVI, SAVI and 16 more indices. Custom index formula builder included. All outputs are saved as GeoTIFFs and loaded into QGIS automatically.
