Downloads INEGI CEM V3 by state (ZIP) and by polygon, and loads rasters automatically into the QGIS project. Temporary files are stored in the OS temp directory.

About

CEMDownloader_QGIS fetches CEM V3 by state and performs WCS-based per-polygon downloads with clipping, adding Single-band Gray styled rasters to the project.
